Terms of Service

Welcome to Branor Watches. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of branorwatches.com (the "Site") and the $1 reservation for the Branor Origin. By using the Site or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. The $1 Reservation

The $1 reservation secures your eligibility for early-backer pricing — up to $300 off the $849 retail price — when the Branor Origin launches on Kickstarter. Please note:

• The $1 is a deposit, not a purchase of the watch. It does not guarantee a finished product until you complete a pledge on Kickstarter.
• Your $1 will be credited toward your eventual pledge at launch.
• The reservation is fully refundable. You may request a refund any time before the Kickstarter campaign concludes.
• Final pricing, specifications, colorways, and availability will be confirmed on the Kickstarter campaign page.

2. No Guarantee of Delivery

Branor is a pre-launch microbrand. The Branor Origin will be produced subject to a successful Kickstarter campaign. While we are fully committed to bringing the watch to life, reservations made here do not constitute a binding sale, and delivery timelines depend on the campaign and manufacturing. Estimated dates are projections, not promises.

3. Product Information

We aim to describe the Branor Origin accurately, including its Japanese automatic movement, 316L stainless steel case, sapphire crystal, and stated dimensions. However, as a product in development, final specifications, finishes, and colors may vary slightly from images and descriptions shown on the Site.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data;
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security;
• Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Branor name, logo, designs, text, and images — is the property of Branor Watches and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our written permission.

6. Payments

Reservations are processed securely through PayPal. By making a reservation, you agree to PayPal's terms in addition to ours. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branor Watches is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your reservation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (i.e., the $1 reservation).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
